This was one of those experiences where you realize that you had a totally high and idealistic expectation and you were way off. I mean, it was fun to see the animals and all, but it's a RIP OFF! But more than anything I want the old time country fair flavor and not the chintzy toys, the loud rides, the advertisements, the rap dancers...ya know what I mean? It was also 94 degrees and we were close to being miserable. Oh, and they didn't have HORSES!! What a complete disappointment to a little girl! So all in all, well, I wouldn't do it again. (Note to self: go to the state fair in Salem next time. There's more to see and it costs the same amount.) You live and you learn.
